Lee completed the London Duatholon today for the Chelsea and Westminster Health Charities. After two dedicated months of running, cycling and eating well, Lee ran 10K, biked 20K and ran 5K to finish in an overall time of 02.04.48.  Out of 3,000+ competitors, Lee finished within the top 30% placing 1060th. I'm so proud!

I might acutally try running a bit more and enter the Kingston breakfast run coming up October 11th.... hmmmm.... 8.2K sounds far ... I'm a running wimp, yet standing around today watching men and woman of all ages, color and sizes complete such a long race, well, it made me feel lazy.

Oh ... and I saw the tallest man i've ever seen before. He of course had a rowing jacket on... (see the guy in the yellow jacket!) 6'9" - 7'0" ?...
