What an interesting day! I've been asked to do some trial work for a company called Neoco in London (thanks Benn!) which is a good two way street - they get me for free for a few days and I get to learn what life is like in a super cool creative non-architecture firm. So we'll see how it goes... Being around creative people all day looking up websites and on the constant prowl for overall coolness - well, this was one of the first emails that was sent to me - Sandwich Art! New Job

Finally after a few weeks of hunting, I’ve gotten a job here in Sydney at an architectural firm called Robertson+Marks. YIPEE. So now I’ve got to train myself to think in metric, get comfortable using Vista, all the while understand Aussie (fast) talk and slang. I feel like I’m just out of school again! What a cool job I’m getting to work on as well … Top Ryde (www.toprydecity.com.au). This complex is massive, with 30 or so architects working on the entire project. R+M is working on a few of the parking levels as well as the 5 residential towers. A phased job, construction has already begun on the retail.... exciting times!
